With the motto “Human resources is the core of the business”, VSK Group organized a 5-day series of various activities in Da Nang City with the purpose of developing employees, showing appreciation and strengthen unity in Thien Viet Big Family.
“Where there is a will, there is a way” – Members of Thien Viet Big Family have been constantly striving and learning to develop themselves.
Sincere thanks to VSK Group’s Board of Directors and Mr. Le Quoc Thai, the Trainer for having successfully conducted the training course “Leadership – Mentorship” in the past 2 days. The course brought valuable knowledge and insights to every participant.
As part of the series, VSK members also participated in bonding activities: friendly football, teambuilding games at Hoa Phu Thanh (Water games, Zipline,…) and enjoying the scenery of the Han River on a luxury yacht.
This occasion, VSK Group honored excellent individuals and teams of the first quarter of 2021, thanking the “Thien Viet Warriors” for having constantly strived for improvement and devoted the best of themselves to the sustainable development of the company.
This series of diverse and practical activities were meant to attend to the mental wellbeing of employees, and at the same time tighten and improve the spirit of internal solidarity. A memorable April with highlighted events that contribute to strengthening VSK Group’s corporate culture identity.
